Who can Apply
InfraGard membership is open to U.S. citizens who work in or around critical infrastructure sectors, including but not limited to cybersecurity, healthcare, energy, finance, transportation, information technology, law enforcement, academia, and government. If you are committed to the security of our nation's vital systems, we want you at the table.
How to Apply
All applications are processed through InfraGard's national portal at infragard.fbi.gov. Here's what to expect:
Step 1 - Create an Account
Visit infragard.fbi.gov and complete the online application. You will need to provide professional and personal information as part of the process.
Step 2 - Background Check
All applicants undergo an FBI background check. This is a standard requirement for all InfraGard members nationwide and ensures the integrity of our network.
Step 3 - Approval & Welcome
Approval timelines vary depending on application volume and the background check process. Once approved, you will receive confirmation through the national portal and can begin connecting with the Central Ohio chapter.
